​Unless otherwise specified, most pendants are shipped via USPS in First Class Mail.

​

Larger packages are shipped via USPS Priority Mail.



Return Policy

 

I will gladly accept returns of merchandise damaged in shipping. Please provide original packaging material with return.​

If you are not satisfied with your order you may return the item for a full refund.  Please contact me first at jo.kappel@josthings.com or call 703-863-4818 to make arrangements.



Tracking Your Order

 

Shipping is by First Class or Priority Mail. When you order ships via Priority Mail you will receive a tracking number from USPS.  First Class Mail tracking is available for an additional charge.
